On the evening of Friday, June 3rd, around 6:30 PM, I ordered three pizzas from Papa John's menu: buff chick with Parmesan crust, stuffed pepperoni, and plain cheese. I placed my order online, and when the pizzas arrived, they were hot and fresh. The buff chick pizza was hearty and flavorful, especially with the delicious Parmesan crust. The stuffed pepperoni was also served hot and fresh. The pizza maker that night definitely deserves a raise or bonus for their excellent work. Among the major pizza chains in Fall River, this Papa John's is one of my top picks. The food has always been consistent, and the delivery is prompt with friendly drivers. More times than I can count, my order arrives well ahead of the estimated time—a true blessing when you’re really hungry. I usually order the Ultimate Pepperoni Pizza, and it’s always tasty.
The app and text message I received both said my pizza was ready, but when I got to the restaurant, I ended up waiting another 14 minutes for them to put my pizza in the oven. There was a language barrier that made it hard to communicate with the staff, and the customer service was not friendly or helpful.
I'm not sure why there are so many positive reviews. Every time I order, the pizza is ALWAYS undercooked! No matter how many times I request it well done, it still comes out raw. They apologize and offer me a coupon, but I don't want a coupon—I just want a properly cooked pizza! It's really disappointing.
