On 11/30/23 I call the store to place an order, the person could not understand what I was saying, asked for my last name like 7 times. I asked for 6 pizzas and the guy, kept saying 16. Since he couldn’t understand I drove to their place. When I arrived to place the order, the guy recognized my voice and told me that he was too busy to take my order. He was about to close. I asked at wha time do you close? He said 11:30pm . This was around 10pm. Poor customer service!
I was a driver here for a short time. I told the store manager that a driver named Manuel Aleman was being unfair (he was not logging out to get more orders in the system, he was taking advantage of other drivers). They did nothing because most of the employees were from Spanish speaking countries. The manager (Chris Navarro) did not solve the problem. He was a nice guy but he didn't bother to solve the problem.
I don't expect five-star gourmet food—after all, it's Papa John's—but I would have appreciated a bit more effort with the dessert I ordered. It didn't resemble the pull-aparts I've had at other locations. I'm giving it 2 stars, but only because it was ready for pickup in under 10 minutes.
The service at this restaurant is fantastic and the pizza is delicious. I walked in, ordered two pizzas, received them in about 12 minutes, and was on my way. The order was correct and the food was hot. I was able to park right out in front as well. Book a table now
Have made a refund and cancel the order because of black dude in the cashier, zero customer service and dont know anything, yelling at customer. This store should be bad review please dont come
I know there are a lot of bad reviews but I’ve never had a poor experience and the staff have always been friendly. My order is usually pretty simple, so can’t speak to more complex pizzas.

Delivery was extremely delayed due to the store thinking the order was In oven just for 25 min to pass by when they realized they never made it. Book a table now
