This has to be the worst Papa John's I've ever been to, with incredibly poor customer service. I can only hope they eventually cross paths with the wrong customer and learn a lesson. I received an undercooked pizza, and when I tried to voice my complaint, the manager mocked me. I've been enjoying Papa John's for about 21 years, and I’ve never had a raw pizza before. He gave me a lecture about how the engineers set the temperature and know best. Honestly, the audacity of this manager is astonishing. A simple apology would have sufficed, but that attitude was completely unwarranted. Please learn to show some respect for your customers.
VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! these Indian guys will one day disrespect the wrong person and get what they're looking for By then they will know to speak to people. Papa John you really slacking. I placed my pizza order at 8:15. The delivery time was changed twice, and they finally set it for 9:25. I called the store to inquire about my pizza since I was still waiting, but it never arrived.

The hygiene at this place is poor. Staff move between the register and the food supply without wearing gloves or washing their hands. One employee appeared to be unwell. It's concerning.
The pizza was terrible, and the manager at the cash register had a very unpleasant attitude! They really need to receive proper training on how to make pizza and how to treat customers!
