Do Not go to papa johns located on 1204 Hempstead turnpike, uniondale ny 11553 Customer service is very rude and lackadaisical!I went into the store after being placed on hold for over 30minutes just to be ignored in person and told to wait 5 minutes to be served, which then turned into 15minutes at the store after being placed on hold for over 30min!The guys working behind the counter kept walking in and out of the store with no regards to take my order!very disgusted and will not spend another dime at this establishment!
Awesome. I am not the type of person who gives 5 stars out of the blue but these people deserve it. The pizza was fresh and they use high quality ingredients, I have tried different places and I usually get sick if the qualityof the ingredients is not the best, well this pizza didn't give me heart burn, indigestion or upset stomach. Other than that the entire team was very friendly, the location is clean as well. I highly recommend this place.
I’m a frequent visitor to this restaurant. They consistently fulfill orders promptly, and the staff is very friendly. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but you can park in front of the building to quickly pick up your order. There are no parking restrictions in that area, but since it's on a main road, it can be quite busy, so you need to be cautious when entering and exiting your vehicle. Overall, I rate them a 5 out of 5—no complaints!
I ordered a pizza for delivery, with one half featuring vegetables and the other half with chicken and vegetables. Unfortunately, the entire pizza arrived with chicken. When I called to resolve the issue, I was told that I would need to pay for another pizza. The employee I spoke with was rude and did not provide good customer service. Overall, my experience was quite disappointing.

I had a positive experience at this restaurant. The customer service was excellent, and my pizza was ready even earlier than the promised 15 minutes. I ordered a small pizza with two toppings and a drink for around $12. The pizza not only looked great but also tasted delicious. I would definitely return!
It is more convenient to opt for takeout. You have the option to inspect your order before taking it. The delivery was supposed to be contactless, but the driver ended up calling and asking to meet by his car.
Worst delivery and service I ever had, I am right across the street from the store and my pizza was ice cold and my drinks were hot, would give this place zero stars if I could
The service at this restaurant is top-notch, and the food quality is superb. I highly recommend it.
