Papa Johns - Table reservation

We order from Papa John's once or twice a week. We understand that mistakes happen, which is not a problem. However, there is an issue with the manager, Lisa, who lacks customer service skills. The last time we ordered, we received expired sauces. I never complained about it before because it was just a few dollars and I know mistakes happen. But after receiving expired sauces multiple times, I called to bring it to their attention. The manager accused me of lying and refused to acknowledge the issue. I received some great deals in the mail for a large 3-topping pizza for $10. It was a decent deal, but the toppings were just okay. The crust was a bit dry and there wasn't much pepperoni. However, for $10, a large pizza is a great deal. You get what you pay for, so no complaints there.

I do not recommend this restaurant as the manager, Lisa, treats customers poorly. We have had much better experiences at other locations in our area. We used to order from Papa John's frequently, but will no longer be ordering from this particular location.

Forget a part of the order, it's an hour later and two phone calls and I'm still waiting. no apologies or explanation. terrible customer service
