We recently visited Papa John 's to collect our takeout order and were overwhelmed with the kindness from the manager and entire team. Arriving earlier than our order, my youngest son wanted to watch the pizza making in action so we headed inside the store. Not only did the manager and team safely invite him 'behind the scenes ' to watch the pizza magic in action, they let him make his own personal pizza. My son has not stopped talking about his incredible visit to Papa Johns. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for turning a simple pizza pick up into an unforgettable memory! Customers for life :
Hashis is a GM there? This guy is the biggest tool and most disrespectful person I've met. This store will Crumble with him answering complaints. Have ordered from this store plenty. Everything perfect no concerns. Ordered a $70 order and everythingbut the poppers were incorrect. When I called the next day store was closed day i Ordered) he told me he couldn't refund meanything. Then proceeded to tell me to stop talking and I better start listening to him. I'm insulted and shocked. Someone needsto call me about this clown asap
Went there last night to pick up a carryout order. Dude was making pizzas with his hands, had long fingernails and then comes over to the counter to take my payment with flour all over his hands and hands me change with flour all over it. then he proceeds to continue to make pizzas without washing his hands. I just stared at my pizza when I got home and didn't eat it. Don't come here, they are not clean at ALL.
I received the wrong pizza twice! When I called Papa John's, the manager said their system wasn’t working and my order wasn’t in the system. It felt like the pizza ordered itself and somehow found my address on its own. I’m very disappointed with the poor customer service and the unreasonable excuses, like the system being down yet they still couldn’t locate my order.

But, I can say this all my food choices from this Papa Johns, has been spot on I travel a lot for work this will be one of my go to for wings Pizza, there Philly Cheese Steak is my go to there wings them buffalo has got the right bite for hot
I just ordered 2 pizzas online for delivery. The second pizza came with the wrong toppings. (Meat and my girlfriend is a vegetarian) The store manager Taha, refused to remake it (i offered to come get it) or even refund me. I reported this to corporate and told him I would. He said “good luck”.
On Feb 23rd I went to the store to order chicken Parmesan papa bites. And you can see the hair in one of them. It was very disappointing. I wish you use some masks and bones and such to cover hair while preparing food. It is not hygienic.
Definitely stated ?Do not ring the bell? at the delivery instruction and checked ?leave the order at the door?. The delivery driver rings the bell loud and hand me the order. He never saw the instruction for sure. Not worth of 20% tip.

???? why would someone would want to pay for a pizza with such unacceptably low sauce, cheese, meat, etc. especially from papa johns which costs more. I wouldn?t eat this for free ????
Great location with plenty of parking available. The staff is friendly, and orders placed through the phone app are prepared and ready for pickup quickly.
