The food is papa johns, it still tastes like a papa johns. The service is non existent. You order to collect in 20 minutes and turn up for them to make it in front of you and say it’s really busy. It’s so busy the staff have enough time to sit in the back and have an empty oven. The lady of the phone is constantly rude and okay with you repeatedly being unhappy with the service. The last 3 times I’ve been I’ve preordered to then watch them make my food in front of me. Last time I was in there a guy ordered for collection and they gave him the wrong pizza and made him drive to collect the right one after paying extra for delivery. Same papa johns pizza, awful service they’re also fine with it...
