I placed an order this afternoon from Papa John's in Crewe through Just Eat for a delivery at 7pm, which was confirmed at 4:22pm. When 7:20pm rolled around and I still hadn't received my order, I called Papa John's in Crewe to inquire about it. I was told that the driver could arrive any minute. After waiting for half an hour and still not receiving my order, I called again and was given the same response. Feeling misled, I requested that my order be cancelled and a refund be issued. However, I was informed that this was not possible as the order was already on its way. We used to enjoy pizza from here but service and quality gradually deteriorated, so we avoided them for a while. Due to an offer and needing convenience for a quick bite to eat, we decided to give them another try, which turned out to be a mistake. The 11PM delivery time passed by half an hour so we called several times to ask where our order was before they closed, no one answered. The pizza arrived late and cold, it was like cardboard so the rest was binned. A waste of money. ****! Never again.
Nearly 2 hrs and still not here, after the app said it had been delivered over an hour ago. (Same thing happened last time an house after it said food was with us) The restaurant has not answered the phone we have called multiple times so we can find out what is happening, and maybe cancel so we can get food from somewhere elce. I forgot in all honesty that this had happened last time and probably wouldn’t of ordered again. Such a shame cos it used to be my favourite pizza.
Ordered my food via the Deliveroo app and was told the delivery time was 45 minutes later no delivery so contacted papa johns who stated they were busy and I would have to wait another hour. I was told it wasn’t they’re fault as they only had 3 drivers. Order still not delivered and on contacting them again I was told I would have to wait a further 30 minutes at least. Appalling service.

I tried to take advantage of a 50% off offer advertised on the restaurant's website, but when I attempted to order online, the discount did not apply. I called the restaurant and was informed that the deal had expired. Disappointed, I decided to order from Domino's instead and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the pizza was. I am now a loyal customer of Domino's.
I o ordered about 30/40 quid of this stuff on my bday. The order came missing toppings and items and also stone cold. I rang and after 10 mins of arguing was offered the entire order for free at a later date. (was at first offered a free pizza)I've since decided I will ask for a full refund as don't want the displeasure of eating from here again
Delivered nearly 2 hours late. Had phoned twice and was told it was on its way a miile from my house) . Its the lies!!! Why not just say they are struggling and running late. If they had been more honest I wouldn't be posting on here. Will never order again
We asked for a vegetarian pizza with anchovies and got the hottest pizza ever with 1 anchovy!!! We rang to complain and got stripped down by the person who answered the phone. Do not recommend this place to anyone for a pizza
