We decided to have Taco John’s for dinner tonight, Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at 8:00 PM. My wife spent $38.00 on our family meal, and I typically don’t complain about restaurants, but their service has been terrible over the past month. The staff at the drive-thru seemed more interested in playing around than taking orders. They accidentally dropped my wife’s card out of the drive-thru window and forgot to include the four cheese cups we paid for.
When we received our food, it was so cold that even our dogs wouldn’t eat it after we declined the meal. The churros had no sugar at all, the Potato Olés were overly salty and had clearly been sitting for hours, and the Mexi Rolls were as flat a...
The customer service at this restaurant is extremely disappointing! I ordered some potatoes that were missing from my delivery, and when I contacted them, I was told I could either pick them up myself or put my name on a list. The staff member I spoke to was quite rude, so I decided to hang up. The manager was equally unfriendly. While the food is good, it just isn’t worth the hassle of dealing with such unhelpful staff. If I could, I would rate them half a star.
The food is really good as far as fast food goes. At all costs I suggest using the drive-thru. Everytime I've ever ordered ahead through the app it has been nothing but a headache. Even though its supposed to be faster they take on average about 15mins of parking to deliver you your food when it has already been done for 10. Whole lines cleared before I got mine. Had never heard of a Taco John's so decided to stop by it gets bonus points for the value menu being cheap hefty portion sizes for the prices. Didn't like that we had to wait in line for forever but I'm sure they are short like everywhere right now. Food was hot fresh for the wait time.

Absolutely fantastic! Dear Taco John's, the drive home was definitely worth it. I loved how you kept the hot and cold items separate, which allowed my wife to build her own taco salad when I got there. Not a soggy chip in sight! You did an outstanding job!
The restaurant got my order wrong two times in a row, and then the cashier argued that this was how I had ordered it.

I prefer Taco Bell, but it's not a significant difference. The Potato Oles are way too salty for my taste.
Unique and unbeatable! You can't go wrong with a 6-pack of tacos and a pound of potatoes.
