Papa Johns Pizza - Table reservation

I wish I could write this review with ZERO stars. It earned almost $60 pizza today. One of them should be gluten-free girls repeated it as gluten-free. Three people saw the order. We did not get gluten-free pizza and the girl who took the order, we did not order a gluten-free (it could not repeat an address correctly) and the best solution that the mgr could come with was the $3.00 delivery fee was waived. Thanks for NOTHING. A kid in my house doesn't eat pizza today. And there is a family is St. Peter?s who are no longer ordered from this store ever again!

We often get away from Papa John?s and the food and service is always great. We had a job tonight, and Chris was super friendly and immediately noticed the problem. He definitely went the extra mile for us, although he didn't need it. They were super busy and he was basically the place itself, so we appreciate him taking the time to correct things for us without hesitation. This was the first time we had a mix, and I'm not even upset about it because of Chris kindness and great service. Dude deserves a raise!

I ordered a jack o lantern pizza in advance. Asked that they not cook it until right before I picked it up. Pizza was obviously cooked immediately and sat for hours. Tasted liked cheese on cardboard. Bad staff? Maybe... Bad management? Probably. I guess we?ll start looking for a new Halloween tradition.

Always satisfied, but please I ask you! Please repair your parking space. The parking lot is terrible with the potholes!

staff were friendly. parking is terrible, huge potholes. make sure that the pizza is completely cooked and cut.
