I placed an order by phone around 12:15 AM and paid with my card, but was informed that the payment didn’t go through. I then offered to pay in cash instead, but my order never arrived. Hours later, I called back and spoke with the manager to find out what happened. He said I hadn’t been charged and that I would get a refund in three days. I questioned why they didn’t have the courtesy to call me if they weren’t going to deliver anything. I had waited an hour for my pizza and was extremely hungry, but he seemed indifferent and offered no help. He said his name was Jose, but I’m not sure I believe that. Instead of helping, they accused me of not being charged and said the money would be refunded in three days if it went through. When I asked for a callback, they never called. I waited for my pizza for an hour, was hungry, and nobody even tried to assist me. The Papa Johns Pizza menu looked great, but the service was very disappointing.
Terrible service—waited an hour and a half with no explanation. The pizza arrived cold, and of course, I had already paid. This isn’t the first time my order was marked as delivered 20 minutes before it actually showed up. This location is awful. I called to follow up and make complaints, but no one answered. Ironically, they always pick up when placing new orders. I’ve been ordering for a long time, but I’m fed up with the poor treatment. Moving on to another place. Please don’t call me offering free pizza—I’m willing to pay; I just want good service. Clearly, this location is terrible.
I ordered a large pizza with extra sauce but received one with only crust and cheese—no sauce at all. When I called to resolve the issue, they refused to help and repeatedly hung up on me. Eventually, I spoke to someone who promised a refund or a replacement, but I received neither. Terrible customer service. The pizza ended up in the trash, and I will be reaching out to corporate. Next time, have the courtesy not to hang up when a customer calls because you messed up the order. Completely lacking integrity and respect.

Absolutely disappointing. I ordered the paprika speck salami and mushroom pizza, and there were hardly more than five pieces of meat on the entire pizza. Save your money or choose a different place.
