The delivery for two overpriced pizzas took 2 hours (traffic according to Google maps at that time was only 10 minutes) and the pizzas were not just room temp, but COLD. The crust tasted like cardboard. I’ve had much better Papa John’s before. Management was supremely unhelpful and only offered a verbal coupon towards a future purchase at the store for which I would have to call. He said that he’s “put a note in the system” and then just stopped answering back as I asked more questions. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
I placed my order at 8 pm, and the tracker showed it was delivered, but no one informed me that the driver had handed my food to someone else. I had to call and speak with the manager to learn this, and he said they were making me another pizza that would be on its way soon. Forty minutes later, nothing had arrived, and when I called again, the manager said the driver couldn’t find my building. This was a complete waste of time and a total failure in communication. I wish I could give zero stars.
I'm rating this restaurant 2 stars because they frequently forget items from my order. There was one instance where the app showed my food had been delivered, but when I went outside, there was nothing. It seems like they might be trying to impress corporate by marking deliveries as completed on time, even when they haven't actually arrived.
