I 'm a regular at this location, way more often than I 'd like to admit actually. I 've been ordering here since I moved to the area almost a year ago. And I agree completely with the other reviews here stating that customer service has gone DOWN THE DRAIN. I most recently ordered a Cubano and Vito Unwich which I took back to work for lunch. While picking up the order I asked the employee at the end of the sandwich line whether unwiches had to be made with lettuce or not, as the order was placed specifically requesting no lettuce; to which I was met with a very rude response about how I expect them to make a sandwich without bread or lettuce? seriously the worst pizza I had it ever before the pizza was the service terrible on the phone. the kerl had to get the manager when we ordered a pizza half with sausage. when my man went to get the pizza, the order was wrong, there was no garlic sauce, no paprika, the pizza was cold and had the wrong torf. then come home and eat the pizza we usually love papa johns it tasted like absolute ****. kind of. will never go back. would give 0 stars if possible.
THE WORST Jimmy John's experience of my entire life. Took years to get a sandwich when there were only people in front of me. The workers in there were yelling at each other and the customers. I told them times not to put Mayo on my sandwich, get back to work to make a bite out of my sandwich and its loaded with mayo. Safe to say I won't be going back to this location ANYTIME soon.
Ordered food at walked in to pickup order was told the store was closed and my order was cancelled. Would’ve been nice to know my order was cancelled before driving all the way to pickup my food. This place doesn’t even meet the bare minimum of expectations. If you’re going to cancel an order, the least you could do is call the customer to let them know.

Such a great location! I stopped in and was quite literally in and out within 2 minutes. Whoa! I even had a customized sandwich! They were super nice, too, and the food was awesome. Thank you!!

Bad service, no napkins, sandwich not made the way I specified online. Any other JJ’s would be great, this one is not.
