I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza E T A. After waiting 38 minutes for my pizza, it ended up taking a total of 1.5 hours to arrive. When I called the Papa John's location for an update, I was given inaccurate information about the delivery time and dealt with rude staff—one even hung up on me. When the driver finally showed up, he seemed dazed and reeked of marijuana. This is certainly not someone I feel comfortable having driving through neighborhoods, especially with children around.
I placed my order at 6:30 PM for dinner, with an estimated wait time of 69 minutes. By 8:30 PM, I called the store to check if my order had been forgotten. The person I spoke with said he was just the driver, which I understood. He then warned me that my pizza might arrive cold and could still take some time. I waited another hour before my order finally arrived, only to find parts of the dough still raw—stretchy like cheese, gooey, and unappetizing. This was by far my worst order ever.
I absolutely love this Papa John's location! I've been ordering pizza from here since it opened in the 90s, and I can't recall ever having a complaint. The pizzas are always fresh, and the desserts are fantastic as well! I highly recommend giving it a try—taste it for yourself and see!
I absolutely love the Mayfield Papa John's! The wait staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and the food is always delicious and served hot, whether I choose to pick it up or have it delivered. It's our favorite place for Friday night dinners!

You need to change the sauce to sweet needs some spice in it not a lover of your pizza dominos is much better
