Half the time we order from Papa John's Pizza, the pizza turns out terrible. What's even worse is the management. We placed an order with a 30-minute delivery promise, but after waiting an hour and a half, I called to check and found out our food was delivered to the wrong address. They canceled the order but didn’t refund the $10 in Papa Rewards points we used. When I tried to speak with the manager to resolve the issue, they refused to get on the phone. An employee told me to call back in the morning, but when I did, the manager again refused to talk and showed no intention of fixing the problem. The employee said the manager basically shrugged it off and said it was my problem, not theirs...
About six months ago, I wrote a lengthy disappointed review and stopped ordering online from Papa John's for several months. However, I started ordering again about a month ago, sometimes twice a week, and the experience has been nothing short of flawless. The online ordering system is easy to use, the PapaTracker works great, and the delivery time estimate is very accurate. I’m not sure if there’s new management or something else, but whatever the reason, it’s definitely working.

I hadn't ordered online for several months, but I started up again about a month ago and have been ordering two times a week at times. My experience has improved significantly. The online ordering process is smooth, Papatracker works well, and the estimated delivery time is pretty accurate. I'm not sure if there's been new management or just some changes, but whatever it is, it's working!
I placed my order online and picked it up. The vibe inside was quite energetic—there was plenty of conversation, Lil Baby was playing in the background, and a few staff members were out of uniform. Unfortunately, no one greeted me when I walked in. On the bright side, my order was ready right on time, it was accurate, and the food was excellent. Honestly, what more can you ask for these days?

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. I placed my order three times over a period of three hours, only to find out that two of those orders were taken by a delivery driver. I can't believe a business operates like this!
The pizza is consistently hot and fresh, and the service is welcoming. I often order a customized pizza, and they always get it right, unlike other places that have trouble with the same order. I truly appreciate that.
I just completed my delivery orders, so I haven't been inside the restaurant. However, I've never encountered any issues with the delivery service. They are always prompt and courteous.
Placed my order at 7:13pm and was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait for carry out. My order wasn?t ready until 8:15pm! An entire hour for 2 pizzas and wings. Just unacceptable.

The manager is not good! My pizza, which was supposed to have a light marinara flavor, had too much sauce. If I could, I would give this place zero stars. I will never come back!
