I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I paid extra for cheese and toppings, but about 30-35% of the pizza was just dough with a hint of red color and barely any sauce. It was frustrating! Honestly, I think a sheet of paper is thicker than the cheese that was on it. I was so upset that I ended up throwing it in the trash where it belonged. I’m not sure what I spent $16 on, because it definitely wasn’t what I saw on the website. This same issue happened the last time I tried this place five years ago—there was hardly any cheese, the toppings were scarce, and that pizza also went straight to the garbage. I called to order a pizza and was obviously connected to a call center in India somewhere. The person couldnt understand basic pizza making instructions. I ordered an xtra large pepperoni pizza half with pepperoni and half with cheese.When the pizza was delivered half of it had just cheese. No pizza sauce.Looking back, I understand why they put only cheese with no pizza sauce cause thats literally what I asked for but Ive been ordering pizza and using the same language when ordering for 30 years and this is the first time thats happened to me.I love Papa Johns but this instance was ruined due to the person taking my order. If I wanted cheese bread I would have ordered cheese bread.1/5 stars.
Okay, not a great meal for us. I have had pizza, chicken bites, bread sticks all with dipping sauces. I thought it was too pricey for the taste. I am not sure what or why the Jonesborough location has changed it was really good for a long time. Sadly this was probably our last visit.
I wouldn't recommend ordering from here. The driver informed me that their system was malfunctioning, and unfortunately, my order was affected as well. The manager, however, was unhelpful and didn’t fix the issue. There was a staff member named Noah who was involved too.

Tried to order a pizza from Papa Johns in Jonesborough for carry out and they won’t accept cash. Went through the entire ordering process on the phone only to be told they don’t accept cash. What a waste of time. I guess your money isn’t good there.
Pizza was great. Ordering experience was a nightmare. Call center lady with heavy accent couldn't understand my order. Finally got it through to her after several attempts. Note to self... Order online next time.......
This is a fantastic restaurant! The staff here are wonderful and always treat me with kindness when I visit. They make my pizza exactly how I like it. Thank you to the amazing team for your outstanding service!
I've never actually eaten at the restaurant, but I frequently use their delivery service, and each time I'm greeted by name. The service is incredibly fast; I think I've only had to wait for my order once.

Tried the New NY Style Pizza. It was Acceptable and Very Good Pizza. The Cheese wasn't NY Enough for My Native New Yorker Liking but I Grew Up Eating some of the Greatest NY Pizza Ever Made.
