We often commission this Papa Johns, without problems... the light was different. we ordered two pizzas and were said to last 30-45 minutes. Over an hour later I called and asked if we could understand when our pizza would arrive and asked for a possible discount for the delay. The Lord on the phone told me that they did not give discounts for a late delivery, and that he would cancel the order. Before I could answer, he was on the phone. Needless to say the pizza finally came, but I did not appreciate the customer service and will not order this Papa John?s again - I hope you will do the same.
I love this location. I never realize the reviews at this Location. I wanted to add some help to the ratings. I am too lazy to drive to N Duke Location. I was greeting at the door. I felt valued. I just wished the young lady who checked me out had on a hair net or a hat. She has pretty long hair. She is working extra hard to check guest out and make pizza.
This Papa John is terrible. They deliver more than 30 minutes after the expected ready time. I've never called the store and made someone talk to me without asking me to be indefinite. Domino 's is always on time or before their estimated delivery time.
That's by far the worst Papa Johns I've ever ordered. An hour after their expected delivery? Time, pizza hasn't arrived yet, and I've been on the phone for 30 minutes without anyone picking up. Absolutely never order from here again.
