If I couldn't give them any stars, I would have. So here what happened I ordered about $60 worth of food and about 2 hours later pizza came and was cold and burned. When I say burned, I meant burned black. So I called back and said they burned my pizza. You said this is how it doesn't happen?t I said. So the person said on the phone, I can replace it would be 4 hours before a new pizza can be delivered. Very rude to me too I heard a lady in the background and said to him hang it up and then hang it up. So I went there and I took the pizza and the lady told me I got the F out? I'm sorry, but that's not customer service or worry about the problem and make it right to keep a customer. So I call...
Wonderful employees. But the new General Manager it the most miserable person I have ever met . She is young and apparently feels that managing a Papa John's makes her a GOD. I have seen her treat a autistic teenager like he was subhuman. Most disgustingthing I have seen in a long time. I will never patronize another Papa John's if this is the type of people they place in management positions.
It used to be great. The service has gone to the toilet since the last time.
