This restaurant is very poorly managed. We ordered a pizza, but the first one arrived squished and flipped over. When an employee brought us a replacement, he started shouting at us inside the restaurant and made disrespectful gestures, implying we should "use our brains." The second pizza also had a greasy mark in the cheese that looked like a finger, so we decided not to eat it. When we called back to address the issue, the situation escalated into a heated argument. I’m not sure why so many people have reported negative experiences based on their reviews, but mine was fantastic! I placed an order today, and everything was great—no complaints at all. My pizza and desserts were perfectly made, and the delivery arrived in just 30 minutes, even though it was estimated to take an hour. The delivery person followed the instructions perfectly and was very polite. He even thanked me when I expressed my appreciation for his service. The manager lady lies out her butt so much it should be her new hat, they send your food never sealed and burnt. We asked for a seal and asked to not have the pepper inside and of course thats not how it comes; comes open with the damn pepper. Then they don’t want to answer the phone and when they do they rush you off the line and have an attitude about the complaint. I placed an online order and selected the "cash on delivery" option, but then received a call informing me that payment had to be made by card because DoorDash doesn’t accept cash. This should be clearly stated on the website. I provided my card details and proceeded with the order. When my garlic knots arrived, they didn’t look anything like garlic knots, and to top it off, my soda was missing. I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The cashier handled my two toppings with unwashed hands. The pizza arrived cold and tough, with some slices missing toppings entirely. This was a total disappointment. No customer would want to come back for this.
The pizza is excellent! We ordered delivery, and although it took a bit longer than expected, it was definitely worth the wait! The pizza arrived with jalapeños and a garlic sauce dip. I'm very satisfied—thank you, Papa John's!
The service was prompt and hassle-free. I placed my order online and picked up my food at the restaurant without any problems. The meals were always prepared on time and remained fresh by the time I arrived.
