Don?t go here. Messed up our first pizza completely. Was crumpled like paper. Picture below is the second pizza that was delivered in place. Half of its clearly ruined. Instead of apologizing or helping with a discount they hung up on three of usand the manager called one other from my party to deliver a nasty message. Don?t come unless you expect bad customer service andrude owners. Spread the word and make sure you don?t waste time here. Will never go again. No discounts or refunds given. Ownercalled himself to say he won?t help or send another one. Instead called and said since the box was open in front of the driverand we complained that it was ruined we couldn?t have another
I was told my order would be delivered in 50 minutes, but it actually took an hour and forty minutes to receive my two ten-inch pizzas. I had to call Papa John's to check on my order status, and the person who answered already knew my order was on the way before I even provided my name or any details. After that, they abruptly hung up on me while telling me to hold. I was polite throughout the conversation, and I don’t think I deserved that treatment. The delay had nothing to do with the delivery driver; she was very courteous and apologized for the wait, which I appreciate, but ultimately, it wasn’t her fault.
Was told my pizzas would be ready in 10 minutes when I called in my order.....waiting....waiting....waiting.....almost 45 minutes later because they accidentally messed up my pizza in the making) is when I received my order....I was pretty upsetthat the entire time I 'm waiting every man in there was just chatting away with cell phones in their hands so guess whatever wason the phone was more important than a happy customer. *Won 't be going back there*
I ordered online for in-person pickup. The email estimate said it would take 15 minutes, but when I arrived after 25 minutes, I found out I was still 30 pizzas away in the queue. I overheard someone on the phone being told it would take 60 minutes. Additionally, when I got there, they marked my order as "picked up" in the app, which seemed like a trick to improve their timing metrics. This Papa John's really needs some serious help. I ended up paying $27 for delivery, including the tip, and I was shocked by the size of the pizza. It was the smallest medium pizza I’ve ever seen—it looked more like a small. I highly recommend avoiding this place! My brother tried to warn me, and now I understand why. I have no idea how they are still in business!
Terribly disappointing! I ordered the cheese sticks, which were extremely bland and definitely not worth trying. The cinnamon bites were surprisingly good, but then I received the ultimate pepperoni pizza, and there was ACTUALLY HAIR BAKED INTO IT. I would never consider eating from this restaurant again.
Everything was fresh and delicious! The Parmesan BBQ Chicken Bacon Papadia is outstanding!
I ordered Buffalo sauce as the base and they put red sauce... not a Buffalo chicken pizza Book a table now
I found hair baked right into my pizza. I will definitely not be returning.
