Don?t go here. Messed up our first pizza completely. Was crumpled like paper. Picture below is the second pizza that was delivered in place. Half of its clearly ruined. Instead of apologizing or helping with a discount they hung up on three of usand the manager called one other from my party to deliver a nasty message. Don?t come unless you expect bad customer service andrude owners. Spread the word and make sure you don?t waste time here. Will never go again. No discounts or refunds given. Ownercalled himself to say he won?t help or send another one. Instead called and said since the box was open in front of the driverand we complained that it was ruined we couldn?t have another
I was informed that my order would arrive in 50 minutes, but it ended up taking an hour and forty minutes for me to receive my two ten-inch pizzas. I had to call Papa John's to inquire about the status of my order, and the person who answered already knew it was on the way without me even mentioning my name or any details. Unfortunately, they abruptly hung up on me while telling me to hold. I remained polite throughout the conversation, and I don’t believe I deserved such treatment. The delay had nothing to do with the delivery driver; she was very courteous and apologized for the wait, which I appreciated, but ultimately, it wasn’t her fault.
First of all, I want to thank you for providing delivery to my location. However, I gave a 4-star review for a specific reason. I found that the prices quoted to me over the phone didn’t match the prices listed on the app or website. For instance, I ordered a bacon pizza and a soda for $23, but I could have bought two pizzas online for a better deal! That’s the primary reason for my 4-star rating. On a positive note, the food always arrives hot and fresh, and I have to say that the paprika is absolutely delicious!
I placed an online order for in-person pickup and received an email stating it would take 15 minutes. However, when I arrived after 25 minutes, I discovered that there were still 30 pizzas ahead of mine in the queue. I overheard someone on the phone being informed that their wait would be 60 minutes. To make matters worse, when I got there, my order was marked as "picked up" in the app, which felt like a deceptive tactic to enhance their timing metrics. This Papa John's really needs significant improvement.

I called Papa Johns Pizza and was promised my pizzas would be ready in 10 minutes. However, I ended up waiting almost 45 minutes because they messed up my order during preparation. Throughout the wait, all the staff seemed more interested in chatting on their phones than ensuring a happy customer. Definitely disappointing, and I won’t be returning. The menu may be good, but the service left much to be desired.
I ended up spending $27 for delivery, including the tip, and I was shocked by the size of the pizza. It was the tiniest medium pizza I’ve ever encountered—it looked more like a small. I strongly suggest steering clear of this place! My brother tried to warn me, and now I see why. I have no idea how they're still in business!
I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza, but instead of Buffalo sauce as the base, they used red sauce. It’s not what I expected.
The service at this Papa John's is exceptional, and the food looks amazing. I highly recommend it!
