I have been using Papa Johns for the last 2 years and firstly absolutely they have given a proficient service that is been more than we have expected. Yes there have been a coupe times when order missed some ingredients few toppings) however they were gracious to deliver another order and that being with 15mins . Some of the reviews here I can only say that could be 'the competition ' pouring negative reviews if they are genuine then there is always the answer 'The customer is ALWAYS right ' , What do we know about 'The customer ' .. hmm Were they drunk ? were they upset before they came , maybe were upset there are many reasons why we should don 't accept accountability for our OWN ACTIONS...
I waited for over 1.5 hours for the pizza to be delivered to cheer up my son. When it finally arrived, it was cold and not of great quality. I complained immediately and was told that I could wait another 60 minutes for a replacement or receive a discount on my next order. They said they would send me an email with the details, but I have not received anything yet.
I paid for my order with a card, but when the food arrived, the driver demanded cash. My daughter explained she had no money, and he became aggressive before leaving with the order. I called to complain, but the customer service was unhelpful as usual. I will not be using this restaurant again. Find your pizza somewhere else.
Waited 45 mins for a pizza to be delivered when I live 2 mins away. Came in drier than the Sahara, no sauce to be found fellas. Garlic and cheese sticks looked like a volleyball and the bacon and cheese sticks had about enough bacon to stick in your eye. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Book a table now
I came in to collect some pizzas last Saturday with my small children and the manager was yelling obnoxiously at his staff members who were clearly working hard. I thought this behaviour was unacceptable and it was upsetting for my children to hear. I will not be using this business again.
I've had a couple of disappointing orders at this restaurant, but there is one exceptional employee named Dylan who always gets the pizza just right and pays attention when there's been a mistake. If more managers were like him, I'm sure customers would appreciate it. Thanks, Dylan!
Best pizza place in Rochester, staff really friendly, shop really clean and the food is delicious, definitely come and get a pizza from here !
Decided to try a different pizza delivery, and was wowed. Food was great, good variety. Sweets were to die for, very tasty, I'm converted! Book a table now
Used this take away while on holiday in Rochester. We have had great Pizzas here on two occassions, the staff are friendly and polite.
