Terrible service! Delivery took almost two hours due to Delivery driver shortage This unacceptable, especially when the place is a 5 minute drive from my house! I would have been better off walking to pick it up, which I shouldn 't have to do late a nightwith a 6 year old...which is why I paid for Delivery!! I will not be ordering from here again, and I definitely wouldn 'trecommend anyone else to do so. Oh, by the way...I wasn 't compensated for this inconvenience!
The quality of food my children received from Papa John's Pizza tonight was utterly unacceptable. I’ve been ordering from Papa John's for a while, and I am incredibly disappointed that we received pizza that was as thin as a piece of paper and as hard as a brick. It's troubling that a restaurant chain would serve food of such poor quality. Furthermore, I tried to call but couldn’t get through.
I waited for over an hour only to have my order delivered to the wrong address, with no call or text from the restaurant. The manager did apologize and offered me a credit on my account, but then I was told it would take another hour to receive my order. I ended up canceling and passing on it. Save yourself the trouble and go with Domino's instead.
Terrible service! This place is 10 min from my house and delivery took more than two hours. This is ridiculous! I thought Domino?s had bad service but you guys surprised me.I wasn't compensated for this inconvenience either. Book a table now
Usually a reliable option, but my last two pizzas were burnt and cold. This time, the delivery driver showed up without a mask and identified himself as a DoorDash driver.
Food took an hour and a half, and was cold when it arrived. Worst papa John's I've ever had. Food: 1 Service: 1 Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch
They don’t seal the boxes for DoorDash deliveries. My pizza box was open when I found it. DO BETTER.
