Interim Review as of May 2020: While I haven't had the chance to visit this restaurant in person yet, I recently called to confirm their address. The employee I spoke with was incredibly kind and patient, which helped me save a significant amount of time—especially since I'm looking for dining options close to home due to the current COVID-19 stay-at-home orders in effect in my area. Almost everytime I order from here these people always seem to somehow mess up my order. Tonight I ordered a pepperoni pizza with sausage, extra sauce, and three cheese blend. When I opened the box the pizza had sausage, ham, and onions on it. I Alsoordered the honey chipotle chicken poppers and they gave me the plain ones instead. The only thing they got right was my drink.I don't know if the people at this place are just lazy, can't read/comprehend orders, or purposely mess up people's orders, butthey really need to get it together. I Won't be ordering from here again.
The driver went above and beyond to make sure that our pizza was delivered to our door. The GPS often times gives an incorrect drop off location and he made the effort to call us and stay on the phone until he made it here. The pizza is always great butto have great delivery service is pretty rare these days so that was a bonus! Hopefully we'll luck up and get him again!
Worse customer service ever. I will never order from this Papa Johns again. The supervisor on duty and the manager is rude. I ended up getting a refund because I will never support a business that speaks to customers and delivery drivers the way theydid. I?m also writing their headquarters.

This location is not accommodating. We ordered spinach pizza with grill chicken and there was no spinach. I had to add my own spinach leaves to the pizza after I paid over $20 dollars for it! The manager told me to not order from them again if I'm notsatisfied.
At Papa John's Pizza, I ordered my regular Tuscan Six Cheese Pizza along with Garlic Knots from the menu. Both were delicious. I also tried the Bacon Cheesesticks and the Double Chocolate Chip Brownie, which were equally perfect. No complaints at all.
The Honey Chipotle Wings are delicious and perfectly cooked. I’m also a huge fan of the Garlic Knots, the Parmesan Crusted Create Your Own Papadia, and the Double Chocolate Chip Brownie. I haven’t tried many of the pizzas yet, but I plan to soon.
Today is likely my last order from Papa johns. An hour and 20 minutes and the order was wrong. Not even bothering with complaining, as I want to go to bed this evening and don't feel like waiting until dawn for it to be remade.

my First time trying the Papadias...and they were delicious. Wings were flavorful as well.
