I ordered online but never got my pizza, despite the tracking showing it was delivered. The driver didn’t ring my doorbell or call me. Customer service was awful. When I reached out to the store, they said drivers aren’t allowed to enter buildings or ring doorbells. However, customer service told me that’s not true. So, if an employee tells you they can’t ring your bell or go inside, they’re lying.
The pizza here is tasty, and the spicy buffalo wings are excellent as well. I'm not sure why it isn't busier sometimes—perhaps due to the pandemic. Overall, though, it's a solid local pizza place in my opinion.
