This is, without a doubt, the worst Papa John's I've ever visited. Don't get me wrong; some days are better than others, particularly when the older gentleman isn't working. They informed the Ardmore Plaza staff that they offer a discount, but this person seems to selectively decide who receives it and which items qualify. When I order online and apply the discount, everything goes smoothly, but in-store, there's always an issue with him. The baked wings were generally excellent, but I encountered an issue with my order. I had requested a serving of lemon pepper wings and a serving of garlic Parmesan wings. While the lemon pepper wings were delivered correctly, instead of the garlic Parmesan, I received spicy wings—either buffalo or chipotle—completely drenched in sauce! I understand if there was a substitution due to a lack of inventory, but given how different the flavors are, why wouldn’t you serve the sauce on the side? As a result, I had to give away that second order, which was quite disappointing. The product itself is good, but the service could definitely be improved.
The service is always prompt, and everything is fresh! I typically do takeout, and by the time I place my order and arrive, the food is just coming out of the oven. The staff is consistently professional too. I don’t usually eat at Papa John’s anywhere else, but this location is a favorite for my family. Plus, there are always great deals available on their website.
Love Papa John's. Great franchise. Had a few issues with orders, but I received honest communication upon asking and had good service response. Their pizza is great! Would definitely order and am glad they opened this store so near me!

Papa John is my favorite John. The wings? A perfect 10/10. The pizza? It tastes like heaven. The garlic knots? They transport me to Italy in my dreams. Don't hold back on the garlic sauce—you won't regret it!
The service was good, but I have to say that Papa John's pizza doesn't stand out. In fact, I believe it's just as bad, if not worse, than Domino's, which is quite a challenge to achieve.
The food arrived promptly. The pizza was delicious and served hot. However, the breadsticks were quite bland, and there wasn't enough marinara sauce provided.
The Parmesan-crusted papadias are absolutely amazing. You should definitely give them a try—you'll thank me later!
