Very disappointed. This was the best Papa Johns around the area. For some reason they started using Door Dash for deliveries without saying anything. I don 't trust the random junkies Door Dash hires to deliver my food.Yea, there are some perfectly fine people working for DD, but there 's far more junkies in the greater Baltimore area than normal people. Sad to say yesterday was my last order from Papa Johns. The safety stickers that are used don 't stick properly so it 's impossible for PJ to say your pizza hasn 't been tampered with. Was told 16.00 which I thought was expensive. Then told 17.00 because I only wanted 2 toppings when the special was for 3. I said just give me the special with only 2 toppings. He said ok. Then tells me it's going to be 21.21?Not sure why so high for just 1 large pizza? To top it off the pizza isn't a large. They didn't add enough sauce cheese and allowed the crust to be so big. Who wants more crust? You charge me more then my pizza is wrong... smhIf I wasn't really hungry I would of called to get another 1. Bad business
Try to order one pizza on a Sunday. Called 4 times but kept getting a typical angry hangup finally was put through to customer service (not intentionally) and my order was taken instantly. Called back just a few minutes later and was hung up on a few more times. After at least 10 more minutes I got through and added 2 bottles of water. Got a call from someone at store who said they can't sell me water once I place an order through corporate. Absurd!
Horrible experience, and unfriendly manager who refuses to take ownership for a poor product. I asked for extra sauce and the manager claimed that this is extra sauce (see photos). Unacceptable in my opinion, if that is extra sauce then I am scared to imagine what regular sauce looks like. This store went to **** recently.

This place is great! My pizza was delicious, and although I thought I had ordered delivery, I realized I actually had it set to pickup by mistake. I called the restaurant, and the manager was extremely helpful. My order was delivered pretty quickly. I give it 5 stars—excellent service!
Delivery person walked into our office without knocking (in the middle of a pandemic! . I complained to the manager and he said it was our fault. Imagine non contact delivery meaning they will walk into your house without your permission??? in the middle of a damn pandemic.
The employees who make the pizzas, are outside chain smoking right in front of the door between orders. And I noticed afterwards they didn't wash their hands. Totally disgusting!!! Will not be ordering from this place anymore.
Don't bother ordering from this location. We ordered our pizza online, they didn't even start it until we arrived. Not only that, they were extremely rude. Once they actually started our order they wouldn't even look at

This is my go-to Pizza store. Always order the works pizza. Always pick up before the time they say it will be ready. Very consistent very good
pizza was absolutely destroyed upon delivery, then trying to contact the store directly for over 30 minutes with no answer!!!!
