I've been a customer of Papa John's for many years, I actually used to work there a few years ago and it is very disappointing to have to say this and give a bad review but that had to be done off the worst pizza I've ever had the displeasure of trying to eat. The crust on both pizzas were hard and floury, even under the toppings one was aLG supreme the other was anXL ham pineapple. I ordered a pizza on my lunch last Thursday was very disappointed in the service my food. I asked the guy to put my pizza back into the oven because I wanted it well done he gave me attitude about that once I got to work I noticed the pizza dough wasn’t cooked throughout so I could only imagine how it was before I asked to re-oven it. I called the store manager to resolve the issue he became very combative so I told him to just refund my money which I haven’t received yet. I’ve called 3 times about still haven’t been rectified.
I would give ZERO stars if I could!! The service was terrible and my pizza looked atrocious. I ordered a small bacon pizza and the pizza I received was very sloppily made.
