Ordered 2 pizzas 05/12/23 at 11:25 am for lunch for my guys at work. Estimated delivery time said 12:20-12:30, which I thought was a long time but we are busy at work so whatever. Pizzas come at 1:30 and are COLD!I told the driver, I’m not saying it’s your fault but we ordered that pizza 2 hours ago and it looks all dried out like it’s been sitting for 2 hours. He stated, I don’t work for Papa John’s, I work for Door Dash. I even gave him a good tip because I can’t put the blame on him but NEVER AGAIN!These cold pizzas costed me $80Do not order from this location. If I seen the horrible reviews prior to ordering, I wouldn’t have wasted my time or money.
This papa John's has always treated me right, customer service is good and the food that they make is top quality. There was an incident I experienced from a secondary delivery service where the driver ran away with my order... I called in the same night and they gave me a fresh order free of charge and refunded my payment. In all other cases delivery drivers from Papa John's have been polite and professional. 5 stars in my opinion who could ask for more? I cant speak for other reviews but I've hardly ever had trouble with these folks in the past and I order fairly often.
This is the worst experience I've ever had at a Papa John’s. While the pizza was good, the boneless wings turned out to be nothing more than chicken nuggets with sauce drizzled on top. When I called to complain, I spoke with the manager who only repeated my order back to me and didn't address my concern about receiving chicken nuggets instead of boneless wings. I also filed a complaint with corporate over a week ago, and I still haven’t received a callback.
I would advise against wasting your time with this restaurant. I placed a delivery order on March 31, 2023, and not only did I end up getting sick from the food, but DoorDash also delivered one of the two items I ordered incorrectly. When I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager about the issue, he promised to reimburse me, but I never received the refund. Now, it's the end of May 2023, and I still haven't seen any reimbursement.

I Ordered a Pizza from here came in noon to pick it up. The worker said all the orders are being canceled. He because the ovens are heating up now. The store was opened for hour by then. Besides that is lunch anyway they should have been ready to go by that time. I’m never going to this pizza place
It seems that there's a good chance your order will be messed up, even if it should match your online request exactly. Although they did fix my order and made me a new pizza, I noticed that everyone else who came in to pick up their orders also experienced some issues.
I ordered for delivery online. After 45 minutes of waiting, I went online to get the phone number and realized I had an email from them canceling the order. No explanation given. No call given. No compensation given for having canceled.
Can't really review the food bc they locked the door in our face as we pulled up 30 minutes before closing!! Didn't say anything, just locked the door and turned off the sign while looking out the window at us!

I think they deserve more than 2.7 stars- delivery was on time, pizza was fresh and hot, no complaints!
