I really like the pizzas from Papa John's. They have a great taste and use fresh ingredients. However, I was disappointed when I ordered a pizza yesterday and it was missing one topping. I have been ordering from Papa John's exclusively for the past 5 years, and this was the first time they made a mistake. We are all human and mistakes can happen, so I just hope it doesn't happen again in the future. Despite this, I will definitely be ordering from Papa John's again.
Huge huge shoutout to the worker at Papa John's tonight. They were super super busy and it had been an hour since we placed the order. He answered the phone and went out of his way to get the delivery to us. I wish I would've had something to tip him with when he showed up. Thank you so so much. Next time we order I'll make sure we come by the store to thank you for this time :
Ordered pizza, got the completely wrong pizzas than ordered, even though the box labels were correct.The manager did offer me 2 free pizzas as compensation, which i ordered online, hoping that would fix any mixup about toppings. However it did not, and toppings were still mixed up.Pretty mediocre pizza and service.
We always order our pizza from Papa John's! After completing a survey and mentioning that our last pizza wasn't up to their usual standard, the store emailed us and gave us our order for free. The re-made pizza was just as delicious as we've come to expect. Such a great place! Book a table now
I am giving a two-star rating primarily due to the customer service we received when we called about a poorly made pizza that did not meet our requests. Fortunately, they offered us a few options to fix the order.
Very overpriced! Order extra mushrooms on one pizza and added mushrooms to another and there was hardly any on either. Pizza was ok, but you can get much better pizza from Fadi's just down the street.
This is what they sent us!! And the people on this branch laughing at us saying its ok!!!! Who wants to eat something like that!?? This is $32 worth of ChickenWings!!! Oily, burnt and “norma”!????
I spent over $50 on wings that were burned and when I asked for a replacement, the restaurant staff refused and even laughed, claiming it wasn't their fault. Very disappointing. Book a table now
