I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I never received my delivery order after waiting for an hour and 10 minutes. When I called, they informed me that they had used a third-party delivery service and weren't going to send out another order. I explained that I had no transportation and that's why I had opted for delivery in the first place. The person on the phone kept interrupting me, insisting that they don't deliver to my area and that's why they use a third party. I just wanted my $30 order that I had already paid for, plus a tip. Eventually, they said they would refund my money and never deliver to my address again. The person I spoke to was incredibly rude and hung up on me...
Went in to order tonight n the guy in the purple shirt Tyler took care of several customers before me. Then when it was my turn he just completely walked off n away from the register like he didn't even care that there was a potential customer at the front counter. That not professional at all. If you don't like the job then you shouldn't work at that job. I have never had this pizza before n I was really excited to try it for the first time. But that young man made me feel unwelcomed in this store and I walked out. I would honestly go back but maybe during the day or something so I don't have to run into the rude young man again
Food is great but the lady manager who works there is a complete mess. She has no customer service skills. I'm completely disgusted with her and her attitude I will most likely never order from that store again. You can't tell people their food will be there in 28 to 33 minutes and it not be there within that time frame I understand they get busy but almost an hour past the time we were promised is a little much. This has happened several times and I finally got tired of it and called to complain. They definitely lost business after tonight.
I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times. This last time, I mistakenly had not updated my delivery address to my work, so the food was going to be sent to my house from a different location. Shane, the delivery driver, contacted me and I explained the situation to him. Without any hesitation, he delivered the food to my work even though it was outside of his usual delivery area. Shane had a fantastic attitude throughout the whole process. Great job!

As I pulled up, I was concerned because the store looked closed. Once inside the service wasn't terrible, but the staff was slow, unfriendly and disinterested. Picking up pizza for a party, I carried out 15 boxes without any assistance. Not a very good experience.
I'd tell you about the food.....if it had been delivered. Driver shows up with dessert, but no pizza. Took another 45 minutes...and a phone call.....and still waiting for them to fix their screw up!
Their garlic Parmesan bread sticks are the best thing here They have really expanded on their food choices over the years Every time I come here, everyone is in a good mood And it is always fast!
Great pizza! Make sure you press 5 when you order! Cause you will be transferred to Pakistan answering service and they ask for credit cards!
