After waiting over 45 minutes for my pizza, I ended up calling the manager. When the delivery person finally showed up, she handed me the cold, late pizza with an attitude, saying she didn’t like being rushed and told me to "enjoy my slop." I reached out to Papa John's headquarters, but I still haven't received a refund for this order. It’s disappointing, especially since Papa John’s is my favorite. I really didn’t expect this experience.
Rude nasty attitude, gave me thin crust when I wanted original crust. I bring pizza back and he tries to gaslight me like it’s original crust. Refused a refund. Lied to corporate after I filed a complaint and said the issue was resolved when it was not. The guy was nasty, using unwashed hands to handle raw dough and he pulled some pizza dough from under the cash register ….would not recommend
I had a really disappointing experience with this restaurant. The pizza was terrible and had the wrong ingredients. It arrived cold, and the delivery driver insisted on a tip and argued with me about it. The manager was unhelpful, barely spoke English, and sounded unwell. I definitely do not recommend ordering from this location!
Unsanitary!!! They touch the money, the cash register, their cell phones and then grab the dough and roll out your pizza. Disgusting. Plus the crust is too thin and the sauce is too acidic. I took the pizza back. That’s how I got to observe their practices. NEVER AGAIN!!! Book a table now
