We ordered a stuffed crust pizza last night. After about an hour and a half of waiting, I called to see if it was on the way. The app said it was on the way for about and hour and I literally live 2 miles from the store. The manager asked me to hold onand then came back on the line to tell me it was on the way and then HUNG UP! I was about to call back and ask for an e.t.a.when the delivery person called. He proceeded to tell me that my address did not exist. I'm sorry, what??? I can assure you I donot live in an alternate universe. I had a great experience at this restaurant recently. Despite arriving just five minutes before closing time, Chris went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He made me a delicious pizza, even though he could have easily turned me away. It was clear that it had been a long day for both of us, as it was already 11pm. I truly appreciate the dedication and exceptional service that Chris provided. Employees like him are what make businesses truly shine. Thank you, Chris!
AVOID IF PLACING AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY! They just cannot handle deliveries and they should be honest with their customers about that. Waited 3.5 hours no pizza. Not sure what business model they're using, but if the goal is to stop people frompatronizing them, they are doing a great job. UPDATE: The delivery person actually showed up at my door at midnight (6.5 hoursafter I ordered and 3 hours after I cancelled my order).
