Papa John's Pizza - Table reservation

My order was online and when I called to let them know that my pizza was missing an ingredient, the guy who said he was the Manager for now named Jose, tried arguing that I didn?t chose a one topping. I proceeded to tell him that my sauces Initderedwere missing too and that my pizza was cold. Not even warm. He puts me on hold and never came back. Disgusting food andextremely poor customer service and I don?t believe he was a manager cause they don?t behave like that.

I have ordered takeout pizzas from Papa Johns Pizza multiple times. They always made the pizza exactly how I wanted it. My only complaint is the high price, which makes it unaffordable. It is much cheaper to buy frozen pizza and cook it at home or to purchase pizza from other places in the valley. Despite the high cost, I still recommend Papa Johns because they are conveniently located near the school and have friendly and fast service.

I ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza online from Papa John's. It was the worst pizza I have ever had from them. The crust was extremely thin and floppy, there were very few pepperonis, and the cheese was curdled and oily.

Great quality pizzas.. employees there are always nice and give great customer service I Highly recommend this place..
