Ordered a pizza within about 1.5 hours of closing. With less than half hour left I called because nothing arrived. They hadnt even done the pizza. I could tell from the asian guy he couldn't be bothered to talk. How rude!! Can be bothered to take £20 though. With hardly any time left they rushed the pizza's out and guess what.. heated up rubbish. I can tell from the rubbery texture of the cheese. I was definitely NOT fresh, so don't even try to insult my intelligence. I will not be ordering from this lazy lot again. I'll be using Dominoes instead. Trash service!
Food was awful it turned up freezing cold and rock hard we throw it in the bin as it also tasted Werid I’ve never had a pizza that tasted so bad I phoned up the restaurant and whoever I spoke to was extremely rude and didn’t care that the food was cold and put the phone down on me. I’ve used papa Luigi for years and I won’t be going back!
Don't usually write many reviews but I need to do this one. The food use to be excellent a couple of years ago but now, all the family gets sick after a take away. You have lost a customer. NEVER AGAIN.
Thank you for putting a vegan pizza on your menu. It was delicious and delightful to be able to choose from a menu rather than having to ask if you could make one suitable for a vegan.

I loved the pizzas for here, but the 2 pizzas tonight where the worst pizzas I have ever, and the fries were so over cooked. Sorry but after tonight's order never again YES THAT BAD
Best pizza I’ve had in a long time (haven’t long came back from Sicily). Dough is soft and tasty, meat are all amazingly sized and proportioned would 100% recommend to anyone!
Got a delivery tonight, food took over an hour and half to come then food was stone cold, absolutely awful.. Avoid at all costs

Pizza and salad was great. Garlic bread was burnt beyond belief. Usually perfect so this was a tad disappointing
Not had a pizza from here for a while. Believe it’s under new management . Not as good as it used to be .
