Plates, containers, knives, and mixing tools are seldom sanitized adequately. Sanitation buckets, which should be replaced every three hours due to debris, remain unchanged for the entire day, resulting in filthy countertops.
The last straw for me was discovering expired meatballs at the bottom of a food drawer, covered in mold for two months. Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake Pizza has sadly become a complete mess under new ownership. Despite ordering an hour in advance, when I arrived, there were clearly no ready orders at all. They blamed the delay on training, but one pizza shouldn’t take that long. Having managed a Papa Murphy’s for 10 years myself, this guy seemed to be in way too much of a rush and had an arrogant attitude that didn’t help. This place is definitely going downhill. We moved here about three years ago, and back then, it was good. Since then, the pizzas have become smaller, the toppings are more sparse, and the prices have gone way up. Now, I only order when there are specials. For just a few dollars more, I can get a cooked pizza that tastes so much better. Tonight, my husband wanted to try their calzones. I ordered two since he has a big appetite. Can I just say—DISAPPOINTING! They were so tiny! Two calzones weren’t enough to fill him up. The photos show them next to my hand—I have pudgy fingers but small hands, and you can barely see the calzones beneath them! I think I’ll be taking my pizza business elsewhere...
Absolutely horrible!! The female at the cash register was a rather large Hispanic female with extremely obvious fake eyelashes whom I asked 7 times for stuffed crust pizza and she repeatedly said do you want stuffed or thick crust?? I repeatedly said stuffed crust and she literally laughed at me as I heard her tell coworker that we had no idea what we was trying to order, then had them make the completely wrong pizza with no regard as to what I ordered at all..I personally will drive the extra distance to any other papa Murphy's besides this one!!!! I dont understand how somebody could be so rude, and ignorant at the same time!!!

I ordered a pizza online, so I could pick up and go. I ordered for the pick up to be at 11:00 am, at opening. I was having a visitor and was hoping to pick up the pizza and take it home to cook. My visitor showed up before I even got home, because the location did not open at 11:00. I had to order subway next door to make sure I had food to provide my visitor with. When I left the Subway at 11:17, they still were not open and when I looked inside, it was a ghost town. Noone inside. This is horrible service. Thank God, I didn't pay online and planned to pay in person. I'm sure getting a refund would be a nightmare.
I stood there waiting to be greeted and served for 5 minutes. 4 people working and not a single one would help me. When I finally got the pizza the toppings were all piled in the middle. The cashier kept walking into the back at one point anotherwoman took off her gloves to help me but then the other girl came back so she went back to making pizza and still nobody took myorder. Once I got my order taken the pizza was ready in 2 minutes there was no other customers in the store. The staff wasvery rude and there was plenty of workers so it wasn't because they were understaffed.
Tried to order pizza. No one answered the phone. Went to the store, people inside saw my husband and went to the back, the door was locked. 20 minutes before closing.
This restaurant consistently provides excellent quality and is always prompt. The service is outstanding, and the pizza is incredible. I truly enjoy it!
