If I didn't have to give at least one star to leave a review, I wouldn't. I placed an order online that was supposed to be ready by 7:57. Unfortunately, I arrived just three minutes after 8 due to a traffic accident, and the store closes at 8. The doors were locked, but I could see my order sitting on the rack inside. I knocked on the window politely, but the staff refused to hand over my order, which I had already paid for. Instead, they stood there laughing and mocking me while I tried to remain courteous. I will never order from this restaurant again! Totally disrespectful!
I visited this restaurant for the first time and when I tried to pay with cash, the cashier informed me that they only accept one $100 bill per day. I suggested that they put a sign up to avoid inconveniencing customers, as I had to go all the way to the grocery store and back. I'm not sure if it's worth going back, especially since I could just order from places like Papa John's, Pizza 8, or Domino's. After this experience, I think I’m done trying this place.
Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake Pizza offers a different experience compared to a traditional pizzeria, likely due to their unique crust style and the limitations of a home oven's temperature. I noticed that the thinner crusts crisped up better during my first try with their menu. I'm excited to return and explore more of their pizza options. Additionally, the store did an excellent job following COVID-19 safety protocols.
I've always had a good experience here. I especially recommend the Chicago pizza. They often have deals or specials to take advantage of. Nice that you can customize your pizza and watch it be assembled for accuracy. Note, the pizza is prepared in store, but you take it home and bake it. They also sell cookie dough, soda, etc.

I initially rated Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake Pizza 4 stars, but after my most recent visit, I have to lower it to 2 stars. My pizza was bland and disappointing, especially since I used to enjoy their flavorful pies. The toppings, sauce, and cheese all lacked taste. The only saving grace was the crust.
I absolutely love this restaurant! Usually, when I walk in to place my order, it only takes about 10 minutes. This time, I ordered online, and when I arrived at the estimated pickup time, my order was ready for me. It was a completely contactless experience, which I appreciated.
I had two pizzas during my visit, and they were both fantastic and delicious. The staff was excellent as well. Everything was outstanding, and I look forward to returning. Overall, I’d rate the food a perfect 5/5!
The staff at Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake Pizza are very friendly and positive. I always enjoy their great food. The menu offers a fantastic variety. Rating: 5/5.

They refused to take my order at 7:32 pm saying to they were closing. They close at 8. That is plenty of time to make one pizza and then some.
Horrid customer service. Didn't even get to place my order. Will never return to this establishment, shame.
