This time, we ordered some adult pizzas and a Mini Murphy pizza for our 4-year-old grandson, who was beyond excited to make his own! I've visited Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake Pizza a couple of times recently with my son, and both experiences were excellent. The first time, I ordered a large garden veggie pizza and added pepperoni and Italian sausage. It was very flavorful, and I could tell the plain garden veggie pizza itself is delicious. The second visit, I got an extra-large pepperoni with extra pepperoni and extra cheese—absolutely perfect. My only critique is that they could improve their pizza wrapping to ensure it is fully sealed and not partially open on one side.
I felt sorry for the young man working the night shift making pizzas next to the cashier. Unfortunately, the customer service from the cashier was very poor. He asked us to communicate with his customers outside instead of handling it himself. There was a noticeable lack of communication on his part, and he came across as quite indifferent. It would be nice if he could take his job more seriously and treat customers with greater respect.

Ordering online or by phone is simple, quick, and convenient. The pizzas are freshly made with quality ingredients. I really enjoy their salad choices, cookie dough, and other treats. The staff were friendly and inviting. I’ll definitely return. Thanks for the delicious pizza! Plus, a pumpkin-shaped pizza is a fun touch—perhaps a Christmas tree pizza could be introduced next holiday season!
We encountered a problem with the crust on both of our pizzas. We frequently order from Papa Murphy's, and these did not live up to our usual standards. Unfortunately, neither of us was able to finish our meals. We would appreciate a refund.

The Cobb salad had only one piece of ham, which was torn into four small bits—quite disappointing. Additionally, the serving of chocolate chip cookie dough was underwhelming; it was less than half full.
Giving them a 3 because I ordered a cowboy pizza with no sausage for some people coming over and when I got it home I realized it had sausage on it.
