I'm currently sitting here and overhearing a staff member complaining in the back room. It's May 3rd, 6:05 PM, and while Shelby and her male colleague are working hard to fill orders, I feel for them as this situation must be uncomfortable. I don’t come to restaurants to listen to employees vent about their jobs. I understand that not everyone is satisfied with their circumstances, but it would be nice if this could be handled privately. On a positive note, I appreciated the warm greeting and goodbye from Shelby, as well as the assistance from her male co-worker.
Food was ok. We called our order in, came to pick it up 20 minutes later and still had to wait 45 minutes for our pizzas to be made. There were 2 young adults working, it appeared there were no supervisors on duty. The staff seemed jumpy and fearful and very, very slow. Makes me think that management is implementing harsh cost control measures and the staff is fearful of management. We won't be going back.
Food was good, service was just eh, but they were busy so understandable, only complaint is that I had to send my order back because of a mistake, instead of remaking the pizza, they scraped most of the toppings off, and started again. Thankfully it wasn't because of an allergy, but a taste preference.
This is pick-up take and bake only, but it is good tasting pizza. I have waited up to 24 hours to cook them on occasion, and they are still perfect. The staff is friendly and the quality of their food is good. We like to do half and half, so we make everyone happy

They have a sign on the windows 2 salads for 8.00 in March and when I asked about it he said they weren't on sale, he had even asked his manager. Because others had asked him.
I had a disappointing experience during my second visit for pizza. The cost was more than double what I expected, and my order was incorrect.
Poor customer service. Not one word was said to me the entire 30 minutes my pizzas were in the fridge.
The food is consistently excellent, but it's evident that the staff is overworked and exhausted.

Worst customer service. I used to be a regular, but I'll get my pizza elsewhere.
