This location has always gotten my order correct and on time. I usually order on the app and just stop by to pickup. Staff is friendly and attentive they greet you upon entering and are ready to get you out the door. I did take off a star because they do tend to close early at times. There was one time, they called to ask if i could pick up my pizza earlier cus they were going to close early. But its usually later in the evening around 8. Other than than its a great little spot to have out in Southport.
This place has been going downhill for some time now with customer service and closing early, but the pizza had been consistently pretty good. The last two times I've ordered the pizza has not been good. They seem to be using some new dough that doesn't taste very good and does not cook very well. The bottom of the pizza sticks to the paper cooking plate they give you and is a mess. Without the quality of the pizza, no longer have a reason to keep going there and put up with the bad customer service.
Walked in and left with a Hawaiian pizza and a chicken garlic both on thin crust. If you follow directions for cooking ... it's perfect. All oven vary so you gotta check in on it. It's absolutely hilarious that ppl have bad reviews for their OWN inability to cook. Hahaha. It was two young ladies last Saturday in the early afternoon who helped me. They were sweet and speedy. The service I received was good and my pizza as delicious.
Pizza is decent/ok, but they put way too many chocolate chips in their cookie dough (at this location), which is my favorite item usually. My wife worked at one and I'm not sure if this location has a different recipe, or they don't follow it, but Ican't even eat/bake the cookies there's so many chocolate chips. Bias Disclaimer: I am not a huge fan of chocolate, but there'sseriously too many chocolate chips.

These ladies were slammed but they didn’t show it through their service they were so patient and attentive and acknowledged every customer as soon as they came in. I was totally out of it while I was ordering and kept messing up but they never looked annoyed which I don’t think I could’ve done considering how busy they were so great job guys

Terrible service tonight, one other customer in the shop and it took 15 minutes to make one pizza. Then old crusty dough was used for my pizza.
What a disappointment! Next to no toppings. Hardly any sauce. Crust was so thin cooked and burnt in half the time it called for. Waste of 50$.
