The girls working were friendly enough once I joked around with them a bit. It seemed like they might have preferred doing something else, like playing on their phones, LOL. My only issue is that the pizza comes on a thin piece of cardboard, and the instructions say to bake it on the cardboard but don’t mention placing it directly on the oven rack. I initially put it on a pizza pan, but the crust ended up doughy. Then I tried putting it directly on the rack, but the edges got too crispy while the bottom remained doughy.
As always Papa Murphy's is the best pizza you can get to take home just like as if you would making it from scratch yourself. Services excellent very prompt, store was very clean. And with the atmosphere the only problem was it weren't any people waiting on their food, or waiting on anything the place was empty. So if you were needing a good pizza a good price especially $10 Tuesdays that's right $10 Tuesdays any pizza any size that's the place to go on Lebanon road near Old hickory boulevard Hermitage.
Unique pizza experience and pizza turned out pretty good in our oven. Take pizza and cook at home is new to us. Toppings were a little skimpy in places but overall tasty.Some employees looked like they would rather be somewhere else.
I always enjoy the outstanding service provided by the young staff member at this restaurant. The fresh ingredients in every dish make me love this place even more. Thank you for the wonderful service, and I hope he receives a raise!

Their “stuffed” crust pizza is just a massive dough pie with no cheese and stuffed actual crust. Takes almost an hour to bake and is still doughy and gross. The staff here don’t care either. We won’t be ordering again.

Papa Murphy's in Hermitage consistently delivers excellent orders. The ingredients are always fresh, the baking instructions are simple to follow, and the pizza tastes fantastic! Their garden salads are also wonderful.
I hope they bring back the steak and roasted garlic pizza, it was the best I've ever had. Unfortunately, it's no longer on the menu. Nonetheless, their other pizzas are still delicious.

This evening, the cashier appeared unwelcoming toward customers. In summary, the service was very rude and the pizza was not edible. I would suggest staying away from this restaurant.
I am so happy to find them again I love baking my own pizza
