Went for lunch. Ordered one pizza and drinks. Went to play games. Came back out 30 minutes later and asked the staff on the floor if our name had been called. She stated no. Waited another 30 minutes and our name was called. Was told by the girl behind the counter she tried calling our name a while ago. Was given a dried out burnt pizza that I’m assuming was under a hot lamp for at least 30 minutes. Told the girl at the counter the other girl had said our name hadn’t been called. Blank stare. Didn’t offer an apology or even plates. $40 dollars for pizza and drinks, $8 dollar tip and $20 dollars on games. Very disappointing and won’t be returning. Spend your money where you are treated right!
