It started very nice with friendly, English-speaking staff and menu in English. But the first two dishes arrived rather late and some minutes later the waiter told us the chef forgot to take the third dish out of the oven, so they had to remake it. Okay, people make mistakes, so we waited only a little inpatient. But when the dish finally arrived it was undercooked, the middle was ICE COLD! :-( Nobody asked how it was. When we got the bill I looked for a discount, but in vain. And when we paid with credit card the waitress used our home currency without asking, and afterward I got a message from my bank telling me it's in my favor to pay in Euros.
I highly recommend Paparazzi restaurant. They catered for a school group of 102, which is not easy, and provided us with a suitable menu. The food was delicious, students were really happy with the salad and the high quality of the pizza, the food was served quickly and service was excellent. We look forward to seeing you when our school trip comes back again next year and we will highly recommend you to other schools. Vielen Dank.
