I was quite disappointed with my experience at the drive-thru. There was no one else in line, yet they refused to take my order. It's obvious that they were not busy at all. I can’t comprehend the logic behind this policy; it seems quite neglectful. What if someone had mobility challenges? This is not a good way to operate a business. It feels like they have become disconnected from the idea of customer service. Having run my own business for 30 years, I prioritize smooth operations and ensuring my customers are happy. I took my mom and uncle out for dinner, and we were pleased to find that we had the option to dine in, which was fantastic! It's a shame that the local Pizza Hut doesn't offer that, but Papa's Pizza definitely does! Both the food and the service were excellent!
This is a lovely little restaurant with a warm, hometown atmosphere. The pizza is fantastic, and it's only about a 12-minute drive from the turf ball fields. I will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it to others.
