I highly recommend Paper Pot for their fantastic soup base, especially the Miso Pork Bone Broth, which is packed with flavor and richness. However, considering the price, the amount of meat was somewhat lacking, and it would have been nice to have additional sides like fish cake or mushrooms included. The ambiance was calm since we were the first customers for dinner, and the service was exceptional, with quick food delivery and attentive order-taking.
I've visited this restaurant many times, but today was my worst experience yet. I came in during lunch, and the rice was only half full. When we asked the clerk about lowering the air conditioning, he insisted he couldn't, even though we were sweating profusely. The quality of the meat wasn't as good as I remembered. I have always wanted to know what a paper hot pot looks like, and finally I saw a pot made of paper. It was so novel. Tomato flavor hot pot is my favorite.
