Ordered with high hopes but these hopes were soon smashed as the restaurant took far too long to deliver. waited nearly 2 hours from ordering and called the place 3 times the food came greasy and cold. ordered a dessert too and it was thrown into s box and completely squashed and broken The whole experience was unsatisfactory to say the least and it just got worse when the manager (Who just so happened to be the delivery driver) became argumentative on my doorstep and refused to hand over the food that I had already pre paid for. I find this very disrespectful
ordered bbq wings which was more like fried wings nower was there anything bbq about them. the cheese chips came with normal melted cheese instead of the orange cheese you would expect. the pizzas was just bland. very disappointed first time ordered and never again.
Wrong order. no option to buy garlic even though we asked for some. We ordered a chicken kebab and got doner. Parmo wasn 't anything like a proper 'Teesside parmo '. Completely soggy bottom and the chicken was vile. Wouldn 't order from them again.
The pizza was okay, certainly not the best I've had. The chicken was tasteless but I'm glad they weren't oily. The food arrived like 15 minutes late and the person delivering the food was not apologetic in the slightest. Book a table now
Didn't bring the right drink when we needed the diet version (diabetic in the family). No excuse was given but suggested I had chosen the incorrect option (I double checked afterwards and I was not mistaken).
Order placed at 21:21, didn't arrive until 22:45 25 minutes after the agreed time. Quality is good and price is very reasonable. Last time I ordered it was early so this was a disappointment.
This is the third time I have ordered a bottle of drink and they gave me a can. Had already paid by card. Rang them, they said they would refund the money but didn't. Scammers
Had specified a later delivery time but food came in normal timescales. I was literally just in an by seconds. Book a table now
Wrong drink delivered and food arrived 30 minutes early. Pizza +wings were OK.
