Good pizza but so unreliable! Delivery time said 39-49 minutes, it has now been 1 hr 10 minutes and I called and was told another 10 minutes for the delivery driver to get back and then another 25 minutes for the delivery (I guess he's going to walk here?! . If I had known the actual time I would not have ordered. I have multiple small children, so pickup is not convenient. I feel they give shorter delivery times to get you to order, and then make you wait once you've paid (I did request to cancel and was told I couldn't get a refund and would have to call DoorDash .
