the food tasted good, had arrived hot and on time. not complaining. I felt, however, that the person I spoke to on the phone had no customer knowledge. I asked for a substitution, and the answer was a quick no, it doesn't come as that I reacted to that I am aware, but I'm requesting a substitution of the same value; not a complete part of something else. what is the problem if you make this type of change exactly? but that was answered with a simple ok, this time, but not next time and when I asked again why the one problem was essentially the person not to wake up and hang up. overall not the best ordering experience. it would have been good to receive a reasonable answer, in particular one...
We’ve ordered from Paprika multiple times since moving to Reading and I honestly can’t rate them enough. The food is ALWAYS amazing and on time. I’ve never had a bad or even mediocre dish from them. The potions are plenty, the food always comes hot and is reasonable priced. The delivery driver is really friendly too. If they had a sit in restaurant I would be there all the time. 100% would recommend.
I visited this restaurant for takeout and the staff was extremely friendly. I asked for their recommendations and they suggested their favorite dishes, even cautioning me that it was spicy, which I enjoy. The house side salad was one of the best I've had, with plenty of fresh vegetables and a nice variety. Overall, this place offers great value and delicious food.
Staying in premier inn up the road so stopped by for a takeaway. The quality of the food was excellent, great flavour perfectly cooked with good size portions. Given papadoms and pickles without asking as extra. Wish this place was in my home town of Newcastle, would be a regular for sure. Good job guys.

The restaurant has recently come under new management. While the food was already enjoyable before, in my opinion it has improved now. The service was good and the staff were friendly. My family and I had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
We ordered our dinner on busy Friday evening. It arrived very quickly, very hot and VERY tasty! Portions were very generous, looks like we'll have nice Indian lunch tomorrow: Definitely we'll be back! Thank you!
for over two years, always brilliant, fresh food delivered quickly. Chicken dhansak is fantastic, will only eat from this Indian restaurant in reading, as others were not great. they also make private catering.
The restaurant serves generous portions of high-quality food that is ready on time. The onion bhajis are fantastic and the Murg Haryali is very tasty, highly recommended.

Best lamb i've ever had The chicken Tikka and keema naan bread where good also.Quite pricey but it's worth it.
