Very seldom do I go out of my way to leave a bad review anywhere, but after the service myself and the party I was with received today, I absolutely have to. If I could leave 0 stars, I wouldUpon arrival of the restaurant, there were 0 staff anywhere near the entrance of the restaurant to greet/seat customers. I walked myself to the patio where my reservation was. Other people in my party were told to “just take a seat anywhere” without being led to the reserved table or even asked about reservations made. At my last visit, I enjoyed the food more, however.Two items of concern. When the gentleman from the adjacent table left, his plate remained on the table during our entire visit- we got there at around 8:30 and left at closing. My absolute biggest beef was being served in plastic cups!!! Is this your regular practice? I refused to order a cocktail. You pay an upscale price for plastic cups? The hostess was very accommodating and friendly, and the waiter was great. However, my experience with the rest of the staff was not good. It had been a long time since I visited due to COVID, and I had previously encountered some rude service. Despite this, I was looking forward to returning for dinner, and I ended up having a nice evening. I paid with a credit card and tipped the waiter in cash. However, when I checked my account later, I noticed two charges that I never authorized.
My partner and I had a wonderful evening at Par 440 yesterday! A friend recommended it to us, and we’re so glad she did! The service and food were both excellent. However, the music was a bit too loud; even during the breaks, the background music made it hard to have a conversation. The singer had a powerful voice, and the audience responded enthusiastically, dancing and singing along!

I’m not a fan of plastic cups for my drinks, but the server was accommodating and gave me a glass when I requested it.
I love this place! The singing and music was out of this world! Enjoyed the date night with my husband!
