The location is beautiful and very well maintained, with stunning view over the Guadiana River and the bridge between Spain and Portugal. The restaurant is nice, tables are large and well-spaced, it is possible to eat on the outside terrace, but that day was a little too windy. The menu is short but there is a choice for every taste. Service is perfect, smiling, and friendly, but also formal. Our expectation from a luxury hotel's restaurant was to have gourmet food, this was not exactly the case. The dishes I enjoyed the most are the potatoes and ham croquettes and the chocolate and salted caramel dessert, I only regret that the chocolate sauce was one of those ready-made toppings, I don't l...
