paradox is a hidden gem on falcon st crows nest and has been in business for over 20 years. no wonder the small French menu is an affordable $55 per person for three courses (a second escape is offered as option and free, what makes it four courses) and it is byo. the chef has perfected his menu and it comes very quickly and with little fan fair. almost as much as all efforts are put into taste. it is not chic, simply really delicious eating and in a cozy environment. a restaurant with average French food and abysmal service. the escaped were a good representation of the finer qualities of French food, but it went downhill from there. it also seemed that some of the employees were too timeless and were not real finis while serving and collecting our cutlery missing. a more general, less than satisfying service and will not go back there.
Visitor. We are regular at Paradox and visited again on this easter week end. Our famiky dinner was perfect, a superb atmosphere, excellent food, service. Great value, could not ask for more.
